Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with KODARI. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return any purchase within 30 days. 

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

• All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, they must not have been worn or washed, with original tags and labels attached
• Returns must be made using the same service provider as for the original delivery (DHL)
• All items you wish to return must be returned in the same parcel 

 

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE

• The refund will always be credited to the payment method that was used when the purchase was made
• Approved returns can take up to 5 – 7 days to credit depending on payment method or credit card provider
